As part of the digital transformation towards the banking of the future, Banco de Venezuela (BDV) renewed its web portal and mobile application, to provide customers and users with a fresher, more modern image and a new user experience.
This new image maintains the traditional tricolor that characterizes the brand, but adapted to digital trends, with easier navigation that allows you to quickly locate your financial solutions offer.
The “Online Banking” button, located at the top right, takes natural and legal customers to their respective profiles, from where they can carry out their operations.
Likewise, the Emprende BDV program and the request for points of sale have a special module, where users will find a description of their functionality, as well as their registration and request forms.
The new interface has a quick access menu, which with just one click, customers and users can access the other most frequent products and services, such as buying foreign currency, opening a digital account, among others.
Additionally, the page has a direct module for downloading the Bank’s mobile application, which will also allow you to enjoy its products and services from your cell phone.
Through these channels, the BDV focuses on digital services, in addition to going online with the refreshment of its image, which adapts to the usability and experience of new technologies, establishing a simpler, more innovative and practical connection.
